What's new?
Two minor amendments are integrated to:
- Section 6.3 – Preparation Costs
- Appendix 3.2 – Control Report and Checklist
These amendments concern the preparation costs lump sum and the risk of double financing. Specifically, the revisions reaffirm the principle that any expenditure related to the preparation of the project proposal is fully covered by the lump sum – regardless of the timing of the payment - and it cannot be reported under any other cost category.
